What we collect

When you join the mailing list or request The Utopia File, we collect your first name and email address. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and message. We also collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

To send the content you requested, to run the reader-mailing list (which you can leave at any time), to reply to enquiries, and to improve the site. We do not sell your data.

Where it’s stored

Site content is managed in Sanity; email delivery and list management run through our email platform; analytics run through GA4 or a privacy-appropriate equivalent. Each processor is bound by its own privacy terms.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in every email or by contacting us directly.
